Instructor

Benjamin Goldstein Sensei began practicing aikido in 1998. He has trained in several dojos across the country and has attended numerous seminars where he received direct instruction from Aikido Kokikai founder Shuji Maruyama Sensei. Benjamin has over a decade's worth of experience teaching aikido to students of a variety of ages and skill levels. He was promoted to yondan (4th degree black belt) in 2018.

Off the mat, Benjamin's other quirky hobby is playing board games. And, like any good resident of Utah, he enjoys a day hike in the Wasatch or in any of the nearby state and national parks.
